Who or what is Yogon?

• First there are two places in our world with this name:
  One is situated in Nigeria the other lies in Myanmar (Burma). I do not know either.

• There is also an asian with this name.

• And then you can find the name Yogon a few times when searching the internet.
  But this all is either totally ununderstandable to me or written in languages I cannot read.

And why is this web site named Yogon?

• Just for fun.
  I found the word while playing with letters and then I asked myself what it could mean ...
